I guess you didn’t already know that Horton Hears a Who is about the American occupation of Japan post-WWII. He even dedicated it to his dear Japanese friend.

He is. But you can’t help but to love him, especially if you read the books. For most people, he is a character that you just love to hate. LOVE TO HATE.
Me? I just love him.
I feel like making the statement I hate to love him… but truthfully it’s neither. I like him as a character, but it’s just frustrating he’s out to kill everyone.
Of course he is. To him, Shepard and everyone else is an enemy of what his boss [read: replacement father figure] wants to do to save the entire galaxy.
He may be a ruthless, cold-blooded, sexy-ass xenophobic bastard, but you have to say something for his loyalty and his determination. Kai Leng never gives up.
